Service Description
Inspire limitless potential! This award-winning story Oh Little One, Who Will You Be? encourages Pre-K through 5th graders to discover, explore, and imagine the world with curiosity. SERVICE DETAILS We offer several engagement options tailored to your audience: - School Presentations: 30–45 minute sessions (available for Preschool, specific grade levels, or full assemblies). - Q&A Sessions: Dedicated time for interactive student discussion. - Fun Activity Workshops: Interactive sessions designed for smaller groups. - Virtual Visits: Live-streamed sessions via Google Meet. - Library Storytime & Q&A: 30-minute sessions (Optional: book signing). BOOK PRE-ORDERS, SIGNING & PAYMENT - Pre-order Incentives: Organize a student pre-order (minimum 10 books) to receive your choice of: 20% off the total presentation fee, OR 20% off the total book order. - Personalization: Per customer request, pre-ordered books can be personalized by the author. - Delivery (In-Person): The author will bring the personalized books to the venue on the day of the event for distribution. - Delivery (Virtual): For virtual visits, the author will mail the personalized books to the host address in advance of the event. BOOKING & PAYMENTS - Confirmation: A booking is officially confirmed once a signed agreement is returned and the deposit is received. - Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date. - Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full on or before the day of the event. - Expenses: For in-person visits more than 100 miles, the host is responsible for pre-approved travel, lodging, and meal expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 days prior to the scheduled booking date. We understand that plans change; however, out of respect for the author's schedule, the following terms apply: - Standard Cancellations (more than 3 days' notice): The client will forfeit the deposit only. - Late Cancellations (3 days or less notice): The client will be billed for the full appearance fee (the remaining balance becomes due immediately). - Emergency Rescheduling: If the event is postponed due to an unforeseen emergency (e.g., school closure, illness), we will make every effort to reschedule within the same academic year. In the event of a successful reschedule, the late cancellation fee will be waived with the remaining balance due in full on or before the day of the event.
